A partnership designed for your unique operating system.
Therapy is not about fixing a "disorder." It is about understanding the instructions for your specific brain and processing the experiences that led you to mask your true self.
Human-First, Neuro-Affirming Support
My approach is relational and strength-based. I do not see myself as the "expert" who has all the answers, but as a partner walking alongside you. I provide virtual therapy to adults across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and most of Canada. I want to ensure that quality support is accessible regardless of where you live.
We focus on Unmasking. If you have spent your life trying to meet neurotypical expectations or performing "safety" to survive relational trauma, our sessions are a space where you can finally put that weight down.
"You are the expert of your own life. I am just here to help you find the map."
The Tools in My Toolbox
I integrate several evidence-based methods tailored to your personality and specific needs.
Person-Centered Therapy
This is the heart of my work. It means I provide a space of unconditional positive regard and empathy. You lead the way, and I follow your pace, ensuring you feel truly heard and respected as the authority of your own experience.
Emotionally Focused (EFT)
We use emotions as a compass to understand your needs and attachment style. EFT helps us identify the "cycles" you might get stuck in and works to create a more secure sense of connection with yourself and others.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. This is highly effective for processing the "rocks in your shoe." We work together to desensitize traumatic memories so they no longer cause pain in your daily life.
Parts Work (IFS Informed)
We explore the different "parts" of your internal world, like the inner critic or the people-pleaser. By understanding their roles, we can move toward a place of calm self-leadership.
Neuro-Affirming DBT/CBT
We adapt traditional skills for emotional regulation and self-advocacy. Instead of "behavioural compliance," we focus on strategies that actually work for a neurodivergent nervous system.
Somatic Therapies
Trauma lives in the body. We focus on how your body holds stress and learn how to find physical safety when your world feels overwhelming or loud.
Ready to map out a path that honors who you are?
Whether you are unmasking late-diagnosed ADHD or healing from relational trauma, you do not have to walk this mile alone.
